Dean brings over 22 years of experience in the printing industry. Before coming to Omaha Print, he had been a top-performing sales producer with a 10 year record of achievement in consultative sales. He is a proven leader with vision and skills to implement and execute short and long term strategies. Dean has a verifiable record of negotiating with partners, streamlining operations, expense reduction and team building.

Self described as a recovering CPA, Chuck Kinzer joined Omaha print in 1986 in accounting. In 1991, he was named treasurer, before becoming president and chief operating officer in 2007.

In our 150 years, Omaha Print really has had to reinvent ourselves every 20 years. With the pace of technology, we still see tremendous potential.

Printing is a custom manufacturing process and every job requires a level of expertise to keep it fresh, Kinzer said. We stay innovative to remain relevant and we find that the world is our marketplace.

Kinzer is also a member of several organizations, including: past president of the Downtown Kiwanis and a member of the Print America Peer Group and Printing Industry of the Midlands.

Steve Hayes

In a career that started filling office supply order before moving to sales, Steve Hayes has spent his entire career at Omaha Print, working his way up to president in 1991. His father, Harvey Hayes Jr. also worked for Omaha Print, starting in 1954 before becoming president of the company in 1971 and chairman of the board in 1992.

“For more than 150 years, Omaha Print has been involved in the Omaha community. We haven’t forgotten that,” Hayes says. “It;s still a family atmosphere. We do a lot of things together and as families. And we try to be that place where you can come and want to stay.”

And being the kind of place means employing all the company’s internal resources to continue to find ways of remaining relevant to the customers Omaha Print serves.
