With 28 years in the direct mail industry, Jennifer brings deep, hands-on experience across the entire process—from creative development through production and mailing. Her background also includes scheduling, inventory, and pricing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to deliver efficient, high-quality work.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and cheering on all things Iowa—from football to basketball. Go Hawks!
