As Manager of Client Services & Key Accounts at Aradius Group, I bring over 24 years of experience in the Commercial Printing Industry. I have served the Company in the roles of Human Resources, Quality Management, Sales & Client Services.
In my current role of Manager/Client Services & Key Accounts I oversee Account Managers, Planning & Estimating and work with the Sales Team to ensure we meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction and Expectations.
In working with Key Accounts in a Sales Role I assist some of our largest customers deliver large mailing, print and marketing campaigns to the market place in the most cost efficient means.
